Build a shared vision
Several partners, multiple visions, and a site suitable for a mix of commercial, residential and cultural use. Is there a project here? What’s possible? A set of “test fits” helped the ownership group understand the potential of this site and zero in on an approach before proceeding with formal master plan studies. 

Over the course of two months, we developed several “vision plan” options, efficiently exploring program, phasing, total development potential, and ideal user experiences as a means to building confidence in the project potential and helping guide the partners toward a common vision.
