Vertis I

A phased development designed to capture market share as it arises, this project is designed to flex. It centers around a string of one- and two-story retail shops with intermittent smaller garden-office structures spanning overhead that can be removed in chunks to allow for future, and more FAR-intense, mixed use office/retail development as market conditions changed. Various retail and garden experiences were designed along this path that also provides appropriate connections to both current and future neighboring developments.
